Dear Sir,
I have a geotiff file in which forest area is shown in red colour (IR). I want to change this red colour into a green/dark green.
Kindly let me to know how I can do this?

If your GeoTIFF is palette-based you can simply go to the Palette tab of the Options dialog for the GeoTIFF layer and change the red colors to the desired green. If it's not palette-based, you can make the red transparent on the Options dialog and also make similar colors transparent, then make the View->Background Color set to the green you want so it shows through the transparent areas.
Thanks,
Mike
