Hi,
how can I check what is license for using data from a built-in data source?
For example SRTM is most probably only for non-commercial use as it have notice "use http://srtm.csi.cgiar.org if fails". But I can't find any direct info about license or source site address.

The SRTM data actually isn't from srtm.csi.cgiar.org, that is just an alternative site listed in case for some reason the streaming download doesn't work. Actually since the new streaming source is hosted by us and should be much more reliable, I guess we can remove that source link.
Thanks,
Mike

Thanks for the response. I would be thankful for stating what is the license for your SRTM data. I know that NASA version is free, but your data looks different, it is processed with voids filled.

Yes you can distribute it the same as the NASA version, it is just void filled with other free sources of data.
Thanks,
Mike
