The font size of 12 is related to a size in pixels, so when you export to a GeoTIFF with pixels covering a much smaller area of the earth, you have to zoom in to get it the text to the same physical size on the map. If you want your text to have a fixed height relative to the map so the text actually gets larger as you zoom in, change the font and use the option on the bottom of the font dialog to use a fixed size in meters for the font. Then the text will be the same size relative to features on the map and not rendered pixels.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Thanks mike, I have one more question, I make digitize a map via line feature, I need to enter z value after finizhing the line ,the name of line is at the same time z value , after finshing digitize edit line/vertices/add elevs...is there any short way to add the name as elevation?
-
If you just have an attribute that is the Z value of the line you can just go to the Options dialog for the layer and select to use that attribute for the display label. If instead you added per-vertex elevations there wouldn't be just a single value to add, but you could select the lines, then right-click and select to calculate elevation statistics for the lines, then there will be attributes, like the min, max, and average elevation, that you could select as the display attribute on the Options dialog for the layer.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Thanks,
Mike

Hmm I dont just display attribute name ,forexemple I finished a line ,its name is "1000" is it possible "1000" at he same as the line's elevations?
-
If you go to the edit dialog for a feature is 1000 listed as the label or is it just an attribute? If just an attribute, go to the Options dialog for the layer and you can set that attribute to be the display label.
Thanks,
Mike

I havent any attribute as elevation, I try to create contour via using line feature, after finishing line(contour) add the name which at the same time its elevation(like 1000(m)), but I dont add any attributes as elevation so is it possible to add the name of line, area, point as elevation or add elevs(modify feature info/feature vertex list)
Thank.. -
Typically I would recommend adding an attributed named ELEVATION or Z, then setup the labelling to use that. There is a special case that also works for contour lines though. Just specify the line type as one of the built-in contour line types and then the display label should also work as the elevation.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Thanks,
Mike
