Adding vertices to an area feature

Hi,
Is it possible to add vertices to an area feature which I've already created? I've created an area feature based on a number of pre-defined coordinates, however some of these points are along a coastline and GM has as you would expect drawn straight lines between them, whereas the boundary I am trying to create actually follows the coastline. Is it possible for me to add a number of vertices in order to get the boundary to better follow the coastline?
Thanks in advance.
Stuart.

Stuart,
Yes, you can easily edit the shape of existing features. See http://globalmapper.com/helpv13/Help_DigitizerTool.html#reshaping_features for details.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Thanks,
Mike
