Donig a clean 64-bit install of GM 12

The recent loss of a motherboard has given me the opportunity to re-install with the 64 bit version of GM rev 12.xx. In a nutshell how do I do this? The "trial demo download" page seems to give the 32 bit installer and puts the result in the 32 bit folder. Not clear how to move to the 64 bit build. I presume I can toss all that once I learn where I find the clean 64 bit installer.
Once this is done, and registration is added again, do I then need to download and apply the latest of the frequent small features updates Mike sends out to be "current" or are those release added to the above build each time?

You can get the latest 64-bit installer from the link below:
64-bit: http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper12_setup_64bit.exe
You will then want to get the latest patch from http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper12_64bit.zip and apply that.
Also note that the v13 release will be out today so you could just move to that and have everything in an official installer
Thanks,
Mike
