problem when using with openGL

hai,
i am using global mapper with openGL for my project. In that when i try to load the map using global mapper it was working fine. If i try to draw my custom things over that map and finally i called the swapBuffer(dc) then the total map is cleaned, but all the reference values are there in the background. if i remove the SwapBuffer(dc) then my openGL drawing are not displaying.
Please guide me to solve this issue.

I'm not really an OpenGL programmer so I don't know what swapBuffer does or how it works. It sounds like somewhere in there your DC is being wiped, but it's really outside the domain of Global Mapper and in the OpenGL world.
Thanks,
Mike
