Rotation of entire map

Hi,

I've just finished mapping a small cemetery (with plans to overlay geophysical data plots into Global Mapper). Attached is the .gmp file I have created with various features within the 30x30m cemetery area mapped out.

Unfortunately, my field assistant made west to the top of the page on his drawings (which I then used to create the Global Mapper map)... I hadn't realized this, and plotted in all the features assuming north was to the top of the page.

Because of this, whatever is found at north (up) in the attached GMP is actually to the west in reality.

Is there a way to rotate all the features around so that it plots correctly, with the western end actually pointing to the left/west in the GMP?

Thanks for any help you can give.

    David,

What you can do is right-click on the layer in the Control Center and select the option to reposition the layer, then you can provide control points (at least 3) to correct the coordinates in the file by mapping the current coordinate locations to the new correct ones.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Mike
