Multi-line Labels
JoeD
Global Mapper User
Hello,
I'm wondering if it is possible to make labels cover multiple lines of text, or if there is a way to put several text labels close together without making any disappear.
For example, if I labelled a data point WAJ 115.3 .-- .- .--- can I get it to appear as:
WAJ 115.3
.-- .- .---
Thanks,
Joe

Joe,
You can get multi-line text by adding the escape sequence '\n' to your text string. Each '\n' will be treated as a new line. Note this only works for point and area features.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Thanks,
Mike
