Hi,
I have a thickness grid file, how can I find/see the grid volume?

Let me try to help. As well as a grid file, you need to define an area withinn the grid, either using an existing area polygon (e.g. Shapefile) or create one using the digitiser tool. Select this area with the digitiser tool, right-click, then select the options "Analysis/Measurement" followed by "Volume". A dialogue box will appear. For most purposes most people (I think) will select the same base height for all vertices. Other options at your discretion.
If you want to calculate the volume below the whole grid, make sure your polygon encloses all of it.
