background color acting peculiar with daily build of 1/26

I just noticed that when I change the background color, it "bleeds" onto the workspace polygons:
With white background:
background changed to blue:
I don't recall this happening before...

It looks like your area styles might have transparency set to something below 100% (opaque).

I tested this with the 1/29/2016 daily build, and the only time I see the background color bleed through is when the area style is translucent, in which case the background color should bleed through.
